Mr. Malley has been active in the insurance and surety industry since 1978. A graduate of Michigan State University in
1974 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Education, he subsequently advanced his education by earning a Masters from Northwestern
University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management in 1989.
He has previously served as both an officer and president
of The American Surety Association and as a member of the association's board of directors. Formerly an instructor for
the Association's "Advanced Accounting for Contractors" class, he has lectured throughout the United States. He also
led the curriculum development effort for, and instructed, the "Contract Bond Seminar" program offered by the Independent
Insurance Agents of Illinois.
In 1984 he and Mr. Moon established Robert Keith and Associates, Inc. as a surety bonding
only agency that presently serves contractors and commercial accounts with operations throughout the United States. Mr.
Malley is the principal responsible for the agency's General Contractor and Trade Subcontractor practice.

Mr. Moon was originally licensed in the insurance and surety industry in 1983. In 1984 he and Mr. Malley established
Robert Keith and Associates, Inc. as a surety bonding only agency that presently serves contractors and commercial
accounts with operations throughout the United States. A graduate with honors of the United States Naval Academy with
a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, Mr. Moon served in the nuclear submarine program of the United States
Navy. In 1993, he earned a Masters of Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of
Management where his emphasis was in Marketing.
He is a certified Six Sigma "Green Belt". He also has completed a series
of Project Management Professional courses of study with George Washington University and has extensive project management
experience on projects valued at up to $25M each. Mr. Moon has extensive experience in both information technology and telecommunications, and leads our
ongoing initiatives to further automate and integrate our agency as well as to extend our agency tools out to our client
base via the internet.
Mr. Moon is the principal responsible for the agency's Commercial practice, including Home Builders.
